Privacy Policy
OpenClaw Personal (Vittori Consulting LLC)

1. Scope
"OpenClaw Personal" is a private, single-user productivity tool operated by Pablo Vittori (Vittori Consulting LLC). It is not offered to the public and is used only by Pablo Vittori on accounts he owns or has been granted access to.
2. Data accessed
With the explicit authorization of the account holder, the app reads, in read-only mode, Gmail messages and Google Calendar events (scopes: gmail.readonly, calendar.readonly, plus basic profile/email). It does not send, modify, or delete emails or calendar events.
3. How data is used
Data is used solely to produce summaries, reminders, schedule overviews, and suggested reply drafts for Pablo Vittori. Data is not sold, not shared with third parties, not used for advertising, and not used to train generalized AI/ML models.
4. AI processing
To generate summaries, relevant excerpts may be processed by an AI model provider (Anthropic) under its commercial terms, solely to deliver results to Pablo Vittori. Some processing is done with locally hosted models on infrastructure controlled by Pablo Vittori.
5. Storage and security
OAuth tokens are stored encrypted on a private server controlled by Pablo Vittori, isolated per account group, with access restricted to the operator. No data is published.
6. Retention and revocation
Data is kept only as long as needed for the purposes above. Access can be revoked at any time at https://myaccount.google.com/permissions; on revocation, the stored tokens are deleted.
7. Google API Services User Data Policy
OpenClaw Personal's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy (https://developers.google.com/terms/api-services-user-data-policy), including the Limited Use requirements.
