35+ years in technology: founded one of Argentina's first web agencies in the 90s, built a mobile-app boutique in 2008, and served as CTO for Latin America and Managing Director at Globant, leading 500+ people for clients such as Electronic Arts, PayPal, eBay and Ubisoft.

He founded Vittori Consulting to bring C-level technology leadership to companies that need it without a full-time hire. He leads Fractional CxO engagements, AI strategy and executive advisory, and is also CTO at Crombie.

Functional and business analyst with 10+ years eliciting requirements, writing use cases and documenting systems in UML across retail, media, telecom and healthcare. She has worked on legacy modernization (Domino to Java + Oracle) and on the evolution of logistics, point-of-sale and centralized-information platforms.

At Vittori Consulting she is the front door of every project: she turns what the business needs into specifications development teams can build and testing teams can verify. She has worked with Pablo since 2018.

QA engineer with experience across web, mobile, SaaS, fintech and video-game products: end-to-end, regression, smoke and API testing, defect documentation, and AI-assisted test automation. Trained in cybersecurity (Ekoparty Hackademy), he brings an application-security lens to quality.

At Vittori Consulting he is responsible for making sure what ships works and is secure: he defines the test strategy, verifies critical business flows and is the last gate before production — including the code produced by NightFactorys agents.

25+ years in the digital world across design, technology and business, and 10+ leading product teams. Product Director at Globant for almost eight years, building large-scale digital products for major companies in Argentina, Peru, Ecuador and Uruguay — including Inkafarma Móvil, the first app for buying pharmacy products in Peru. He also founded and ran Hashlive, a social-media-wall SaaS for conferences and events, and today is a Program Manager at Visma Latam.

At Vittori Consulting he leads product: he turns ideas into clear product visions aligned with the business, runs data-driven discovery and validation, and builds value-prioritized roadmaps that design and engineering teams can execute.

20+ years in datacenters, from operations to architecture and management: AS400, Novell, Microsoft, Citrix, VMware, and today hybrid environments on AWS, Google Cloud and Azure. Former Head of Professional Services at Xertica, Regional Service Delivery Manager at BGH Tech Partner and Service & Capacity Manager at Nubiral.

He led the full migration of a regional platform from a local datacenter to AWS, cutting costs by 40% and incidents by 80%. At Vittori Consulting he makes sure services are delivered as promised: SLAs, capacity, continuity and vendor management.

20+ years leading IT infrastructure and mission-critical operations: 24x7 NOC/SOC teams, hybrid and multicloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP), business continuity (BCP/DRP) and observability. CISSP and Microsoft Cybersecurity Architect certified; previously a DevOps engineer at Nubiral automating CI/CD and infrastructure as code.

At Vittori Consulting he designs and runs the platform: pipelines, infrastructure as code, security and cloud cost optimization (FinOps), with one simple rule: whatever runs at night must be auditable by day.
